Online Strategy Consultation
We will call you to confirm your order and gladly answer any
questions you have regarding this package and any additional
services you may be curious about. We ask that at this stage
you provide us with a brief overview of your offering and
inform us of any business challenges you face that we should
consider when developing content. We will help you procure
a domain name that will generate traffic and choose and configure
a hosting package and email address(es).
Competitive Analysis
We will provide you with a report outlining your top three
competitors online; a brief analysis of their sites and recommendations
for your domain that will help your offering stand out.
Site Architecture & Content Matrix
We will provide you with a document outlining the site architecture
we propose and an outline of the information that we believe
should be considered for each page as a result of the competitive
analysis and the brief overview you provided. You will be
able to make a round of changes to this if you would like
to revise the structure and/or priority of information.
1 Hour Interview
A one hour phone interview will be conducted in which questions
will be asked to encourage dialogue about your business offering
and future goals for the purpose of gathering information
to develop content focused on your unique selling proposition.
5 Pages of Keyword Dense Copy
Five pages of copy will be written that contain a high density
of keywords applicable to your target market and industry
niche (max: 400 words or 2000 characters per page). One round
of edits is included. Additional pages are $100 per page.
(+ unique page titles & META tags)
META tags such as the Keyword Description (displayed along
with your website address in Google's search results) and
the page title (displayed at the top of your browser window)
are important for Search Engine Optimization (SEO). We will
ensure that these are unique for each page to encourage higher
ranking in Google.
5 Custom Designed Web Pages
Following approval of copy and receipt of logo and image files,
we will create unique Home and Sub page template designs for
your site. JPG images of these will be presented for approval
prior to optimizing and breaking out the templates into HTML.
One round of edits are included to the design. The five pages
of content will then be formatted into the template structure
and staged for final approval on our servers. Additional pages
range from $40 - $100 per page depending on complexity of
formatting, tables and number of images.
Custom Email Contact Form
A contact/feedback form will be integrated into your contact
information page. An online form makes it easy for customers
to give you quick, honest opinions about your price, service
and location or make inquiries.
Production Optimization for Search
We are always conscious of developing our sites with optimization
for search engines, a variety of browsers, platforms and bandwidths.
Some items that effect these are: ALT TAGS (alternate text
applied to images so that text browsers and assisted devices
are able to read the pages); file names; image sizes and CSS
(style sheet) attributes.
Hosting, Domain & Email Configuration
After the staged site has been signed off on we will upload
the site live via FTP to your domain and ensure your email
accounts are set up and accessible and contact form has been
tested on the live server.
Google Site Analytics Setup
We will set up the files required for Googles Site Analytics
tool and create a sitemap.xml file and submit to Google for
you.

We can process images in electronic format or scan photographs.
If you do not have photography available we do have license
to some generic royalty free imagery. If you prefer specific
imagery related to your niche (which we recommend) we can
source and purchase the license to photos and illustrations
for an additional fee or refer you to a stock photography
site where you can make your own choices and purchase downloads.
